Developed a Mini Classic Reboot Packaging and Publication for a chosen Public Domain Novel “The War Of The Worlds.” In this Mini Classic Reboot project an enclosure box design that has the envelope ephemera designs (Book Mark, Cards and A4 Folded Poster) and the Mini Publication Book illustration. The idea for “The War Of The Worlds,” was to create a design to reflect on the story, the themes of Alien Invasion in London, Alien Intelligence and what they were capable of. These Designs were developed on Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
The purpose of the design was to create a Mini Publication Book for the Public Domain Novel, “The War Of The Worlds.” Chosen from Project Gutenburg website. To design a mini publication that will offer a sample from this classic work of fiction in the public domain in an entertaining printed format. Developed my own hand drawn illustrations of the main chapters and redesigned the illustrations on Adobe illustrator using grain texture. The layout and the typography of the book was developed on Adobe InDesign.
