The Head Of Communication Design at Arts Thread Design Competition commented on my design elements for my Orangs Survival Campaign on Arts Thread and offered me to enter into the Pentland Churchill Champagne Pol Roger Conscious Case Competition, to design their new Pol Roger Champagne Packaging.
In this Project, I had to create a Pol Roger Champagne Packaging Design to redesign a Packaging for Brute Vintage Champagne to celebrate 150 years since Churchill's Birth and 175 years of Champagne Pol Roger. To celebrate its historic year and design a sustainable solution for the Packaging.
While working on the Pol Roger Champagne Packaging, I have developed my own research in understanding about the Pol Roger Champagne Company and also Sir Winston Churchill and gathering visuals and ideas to create the Packaging Design. I have developed 4 different Pol Roger Champagne Packaging Designs exploring illustrative and image making styles.
Concept 1: Pol Roger Packaging with Sir Winston Churchill's painting of "View Of Chartwell." Sir Winston Churchill was an artist who would paint from past time, a travelled artist, amateur artist and also paints as a distraction.

Final Concept: In this Packaging, I used Fabiola Script Font type to reflect on the Vintage style, modern and historical font on the Brut Vintage Packaging. Implemented illustrations of Champagne Grapes, “Pinot Noir” and “Chardonnay”. These grape illustrations reflect on the ecological impact with the ingredients and the types of grapes they use to make the Brut Vintage Champagne.
I also implemented the image of Winston Churchill Still Life Painting of the “Bottlescape.” A reflection of Winston Churchill who spends most of his leisure time painting and studying still life objects. The “Bottlescape '' painting was a range of drinks and glasses, both full and empty. The reason I chose the painting “Bottlescape'' was that the bottles were recycled and this related to the packaging design that I wanted to create (Environment and sustainability).
The colours I implemented were the gold from the Pol Roger Brand Colours and Charcoal. Using colours as a representation of bold, brighter, modern and historical. Also using colours to celebrate Churchills connection with Pol Roger and the making of the Champagne.
This was also the Chosen Concept that I placed on the Competition on Design Threads.
